Vitec Raisoft Oy Receives 5/5 Stars in External Audits

In October, Vitec Raisoft underwent two significant audits: the periodic audit for the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate and the re-certification audit for the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security certificate.

The audit report perfectly captured what continuous quality work and improvement are all about: Our customers and partners can trust that Vitec Raisoft is committed to quality, information security, and operational resilience.

Continuous Improvement

This year’s audit theme was continuous improvement, and according to the auditors, they have rarely seen an organization operate as effectively as ours. We are proud to say that both external audits were highly successful, and the requirements of both certificates were clearly met.

We received a perfect score of 5/5, which is naturally the highest possible rating – and an exceptionally rare result.

The results of the external audit demonstrate that the quality and information security of our operations are at an exceptionally high level when compared to the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. These certificates serve as objective benchmarks, allowing our customers and partners to verify our compliance and capability for continuous improvement.

The audit also provided valuable suggestions for further development, supporting our ongoing improvement efforts.
