We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Developer or Software Developer to join our growing product development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern software solutions while leveraging the latest technologies, including AI-powered development tools, cloud services, and automated development practices.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, designers, and other development teams.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.
  • Support continuous improvement of development practices, automation, and DevOps processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI solutions, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

For Software Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with modern software development technologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.

For Senior Software Developer

In addition to the above:

  • Several years of professional software development experience.
  • Ability to independently design and implement complex technical solutions.
  • Experience mentoring developers and sharing technical knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud services, and scalable systems.
  • Experience driving technical improvements and best practices across teams.

AI Skills and Experience

We expect candidates to be comfortable using modern AI-powered development tools and workflows.

Examples include:

  • GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
  • AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Prompt engineering and effective use of AI to improve software development efficiency.
  • Understanding of AI limitations, security considerations, and responsible AI practices.
  • Interest in integrating AI capabilities into products and business processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Understanding of security, performance optimization, and data protection requirements.
